“On any given day, my phone rings thirty-seven times,” Mark said. The Billerica area facility manager shook his head. “Do you know how many times a day I’d like my phone to ring? Zero.” He laughed. “Unless it’s my wife calling. That’s all right. I like to talk to her.”
“Whether it’s one of my commercial tenants or my residential properties, of course I want to know right away if there’s a problem,” he explained. “Especially the medical office buildings.
