It’s hard to believe, but 2022 marks 40 years that Apple Cleaning has been in business. We’re very grateful to all of our customers who have made this possible with their support.
Looking back over the years, it makes me smile to think way, way back to when we were just starting out. I was at a cleaning supply warehouse, in the process of opening our very first account – we were that new. And while I was anxiously waiting to see if we were approved, I noticed a wooden box on the counter that said “The Key to Success”. Well, I opened that box, and inside it said – pardon the language! – “Work Like Hell!”
That made me laugh, but it also made a point. Over the years, I remembered that key, and it’s served us well as we’ve grown the business. I’d also like to point out that it’s the people we work with that have made this success possible. Cleaning – the way we clean – requires a true team effort. It takes everyone working in harmony and doing their best.
One of the things I’m really proud of is the way we’ve developed systems to make life easier for our customers. Take for example our 3 minute quote. Business owners and managers are incredibly busy. They need their facilities cleaned to the highest standard, but they don’t necessarily have the time in their day to meet with many different sales reps, answering a wide variety of questions, just to get a price for the cleaning services they require. We developed the 3 minute quote platform to help business owners get a better, more accurate idea of costs in a short timeframe.
I like to help people. That’s at the heart of how we do business. Another saying I learned along the way that has also proven to be true is you can get whatever you want in life if you help enough people get what they want. We spend each and every day helping people as best we can – and that’s what we’ll be doing for the next 40 years.
