Typical Cleaning Service

Cleaning of the facility is to be performed Monday through Friday starting after business hours.

ENTRANCES AND RECEPTION AREA – DAILY

  • Clean all entrance door glass and metal membranes
  • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Vacuum all carpets, floor mats, and floor surfaces
  • Solution wash all floor surfaces
  • Remove stains and fingerprints from walls, doors, light switches, etc.
  • Clean all exit signs, and hanging fixtures
  • Dust all: moldings, windowsills, light fixtures, wall hangings, furniture, etc.

COMMON AREA HALLS & STAIRWAYS – DAILY

  • Vacuum all floors, stairs and landings
  • Spot clean wall surfaces, floor, and obvious carpet stains

COMMON AREA HALLS & STAIRWAYS – WEEKLY

  • Dust all: moldings, windowsills, light fixtures, wall hangings, and furniture, etc.

ENTRANCES, RECEPTION AREA AND COMMON AREAS – MONTHLY

  • Perform all high dusting over 6′
  • Vacuum and/or wipe clean the ceiling diffuser covers

LAVATORIES – DAILY

  • Sweep and wash floors using a disinfectant cleaner
  • Wash and polish all mirrors, shelves, bright work, and enameled surfaces
  • Wash and shine all flush meters, piping, and toilet hinges
  • Wash and dry both sides of toilet seats
  • Wash and disinfect all basins and bowls
  • Wipe down all tile walls, dispensers, and receptacles
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect the shower stalls
  • Empty and clean paper towel and sanitary napkin receptacles
  • Remove wastepaper and refuse from the premises
  • Refill all toilet paper, paper towel, soap and sanitary napkin dispensers. Materials are to be supplied by CUSTOMER unless otherwise arranged with Apple Corps, Inc.

LAVATORIES – MONTHLY

  • Perform all high dusting over 6′
  • Vacuum and/or wipe clean the ceiling diffuser covers

OFFICES AND CONFERENCE ROOMS – DAILY

  • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Spot clean walls, light switches, doorjambs, etc
  • Wash and sanitize sides and tops of water coolers
  • Spot clean all glass partitions
  • Vacuum thoroughly all carpeting
  • Spot clean carpeting and floors to remove all obvious stains
  • Wipe clean conference tables

OFFICES AND CONFERENCE ROOMS -WEEKLY

  • Dust all: moldings, chairs, tables, file cabinets, windowsills, wall pictures, desks (if cleared), etc.
  • Wet mop all floor surfaces

OFFICES AND CONFERENCE ROOMS -MONTHLY

  • Perform all dusting over 6′
  • Vacuum and/or wipe clean the ceiling diffuser covers

KITCHEN -DAILY

  • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Damp wipe the exterior of all vending machines, cabinets, and refrigerator Damp wipe tables and chairs
  • Clean the counter top and sink area
  • Dry and damp mop all V .C. T floor surfaces
  • Clean inside of microwaves
  • Clean exterior of the water cooler

KITCHEN -WEEKLY

  • High speed buff wax the v. C. T. floor surfaces

KITCHEN -MONTHLY

  • Perform all high dusting over 6′
  • Vacuum and/or wipe clean the ceiling diffuser covers

NOTES

  • Apple Corps, Inc. is to monitor the trash liner, restroom supplies, and soap inventory levels and notify the facility’s purchasing agent for recording purposes.
  • Apple Corps, Inc. is responsible for providing all cleaning: equipment, supplies, and materials.
  • A daily logbook will be provided for the facility so that communication between the cleaning personal and the facility manager can be maintained.
  • All building irregularities found by cleaning personnel is to be reported on an immediate basis.
  • All lights are to be turned off and doors locked per the client’s instructions.
  • Upon the client’s request a walk through inspection of the facility will be conducted by the owner of Apple Corps, and the client.
